Delivery Information We only deliver to the United Kingdom. Postage & packing is free for all orders over £100 otherwise £10 per delivery.
Delivery times We aim to get our orders out in 1 to 4 days from the time payment has been received. The delivery time will depend on stock levels and demand at that time. If you are ordering something for a present and want to be sure you will get it in time, please send us an email to sales@ethicalaesthetics.com to reserve it.
Returns Policy We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day, no quibble guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it just does not fit and you want a different size: Please email sales@ethicalaesthetics.com quoting your invoice number. We will email you back a returns number, and from there return it in its original packaging, unworn, with the returns number, and instructions as to what you would like us to do. We will then send out an alternative size at no extra cost to you or give you a refund. Please use Recorded Delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
